Uniqe watch

Very uniqe design and special watch.
Unlike everything on the market so worth every month of waiting.
Very good customer service and personal support from a small and local owned company.
Put together by pepole.
Takes some time to learn to read but it will get easier for each day.
The lume alone is worth the hole process.
Strongly recommend.
Buy with confidence.

Love the watch, battery life terrible

The process of getting the watch was painful with very little communication. Now that I have it I really love it. The box was cool, the actual watch looks great and I love the nixies. Setting it up was pretty easy BUT batterylife is 3 days on mine. Very far off the 3 months. Turns the watch into a gimmick instead of an everyday wear item. Pretty sad about this aspect.
Also, the seconds flashing should maybe have a timeout function. Sitting with your hands behind your head can be distracting for others as it doesn't turn off again.

I really hope there is a fix for the battery life issue.

Battery Dies after a Day of Use

I love the watch but really upset with how battery does not last more than a day. Followed the instructions on setting up and fully charging. However battery dies by evening. Advertised battery live is 3 months but mine is less than 12 hours. I guess I received a faulty version. Sent email for assistance but have not heard back. I understand they might be busy with all the orders but there should be clear guidance and warranty support for issues like that.

we had some issue battery with couple watches- we advise all this customers to send us and we fix it
